New release Pokémon products are sold at MSRP+, or essentially MSRP plus whatever exact percentage the distributor increased the price by due to tariffs or whatever else they felt like. Pokémon products eventually switch to under market pricing after the initial stock is gone and they are no longer available for the initial release prices.
