Frequently asked questions
Processing and Handling Your order will be processed, pulled, packed and labeled within one business day of placing your order. If there are circumstances that prevent us from that one day turn around you will be notified via an email from matthew@tcgmoonblast.com. This processing and handling time does not apply to any orders containing items that are "Pre-Orders". These situations are outlined below.
Pre-Orders Any orders containing items that are "pre-orders" will not ship until all of the items in your order become available. We do our very best to send out pre-order items as soon as possible to get them to you as close to the release date as we can. All pre-orders are subject to delays at the manufacturer and distributor level. As soon as the products are available to us we will ship them within one business day using the shipping method that was selected at checkout.
Free Shipping We offer free economy shipping on any orders in the Contiguous United States over $99. At checkout you will see that option along with other shipping options. If you choose not to use the "Free Shipping" option you are willingly opting out of free shipping for a quicker shipping method. We reserve the right to choose the most economical shipping available to us when "Free Shipping" is selected and the carrier that we choose will vary. All pre-order products ship two days before their release date. If you purchase a combination of either pre-order or back-order items WITH in-stock items on TCG Moonblast, all other items in the cart will be shipped WITH the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
Yes, however, because pre-order and back-order purchases are charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase, canceled orders* are subject to a 3% to 6% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged at the time of purchase for credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal (3%), or Affirm and AfterPay (6%). Please reach out to matthew@tcgmoonblast.com immediately to cancel the order.
*For Cancelled Pokémon Preorders: Customer requested Pokémon pre-orders are subject to a flat 6% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be subject to a return if qualified. See the section on returns for more information.
TCG Moonblast will accept returns on all unopened products* within 30 days of delivery. We do not cover shipping costs on returns. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please email matthew@tcgmoonblast.com for approval and the preferred method of payment before sending back merchandise.
If a sealed product contains missing or damaged parts, you will have to contact the manufacturer to correct the problem. Please notify us if help is needed locating the manufacturer. *TCG Moonblast will not accept returns on any CCG products. This includes but is not limited to cases, displays, decks, and packs. CCG product is shipped new and factory sealed, to preserve the integrity of our inventory we will not accept CCG returns.
